Bike Library
The bikes and trikes in our library were kindly funded by the Energy Savings Trust and Cycling UK. Read on for more information on hires, which include e-bikes, e-trikes, cargo bikes, standard bikes as well as a variety of cycling accessories. Please note, every November to March our library is closed while we do our annual repairs and servicing of the fleet.
Our Bike Library is designed to offer anyone 18+ living in the Forth Valley area the opportunity to experience the joy and convenience of both "analogue" and electric-assisted cycling via our affordable 4 week hires. We understand that finding the perfect e-bike, e-trike, cargo bike, standard bike or even cycling accessory can be a daunting task, especially for those with specific needs. That's why we're proud to offer a diverse range including models suitable for individuals with disabilities or mobility issues.

Whether you're looking for a compact folding e-bike, a sturdy cargo bike, a bike trailer or anything in between, we have something for you. Our fleet includes models from top brands known for their quality, performance, and reliability.
Hiring a bike is easy! Simply book your hire via this page here. Our team will then reach out to confirm your pre-hire collection and training time and date as well as provide you with all the necessary information regarding your hire. Your pre-hire training will include everything you need to know including how to safely charge the battery if you're hiring an e-bike or e-trike, as well as a mini test-ride to ensure you're confident in how it works prior to your hire starting. This will allow you a chance to get used to the bike or trike with our experienced staff on hand to help guide you through the basics before you set off on your cycling journey! We also provide you with an accessories package, including a helmet, lights and lock to help keep you and the bike safe out there on the road!
As an inclusive cycling charity we are passionate about everyone being able to cycle and make use of our wonderful Bike Library.
