Delivery and returns

DELIVERY POLICY
We typically do not offer a delivery service outside of Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire. Should you require your bike to be delivered please email info@recyke-a-bike.co.uk to discuss. If you live outside of those local authorities we do have an account with Paisley Freight - again please email info@recyke-a-bike.co.uk for more information.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return a full or partial order, please bring the item you'd like to return into the shop during business hours (Monday to Saturday 9-12 & 1-5). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (applicable for new accessories and parts). If you are wanting a refund on a bike that has been used since it was purchased (max 14 days ago) please be aware that the bike will be assessed for any use/damage and any refund you may receive will be subject to deductions for servicing/repairing/washing the bike.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Card refunds take up to 10 working days to be processed. After such time if you have not received the refund contact your bank to check the status of the delay. If this does not resolved your query please contact us at info@recyke-a-bike.co.uk.

WARRANTY
All of our bikes come with a 90 day warranty for mechanical parts. The warranty does not include punctures or brake pads. Recyke-a-bike’s 90 day warranty does not cover bikes that have not been properly cared for, including instances where they have been left outside or poorly maintained.
